So, I was working on a couple new blog posts today and I came across this post in a draft. I realized I wrote it and totally forgot to post it. Oops! These are items I got months back but I still love them all so I figured I might as well go ahead and still publish it. This coat especially is worth sharing. I have worn it SO MUCH.

This is the coat! It’s good in so many ways. The longer length and simple style of it make it chic and elevate it. And I really love that it still has some structure and shape to it while still being a roomy fit. There’s enough room under the arms to still wear pretty big sweaters. I also like that it is not lined–so it gives you a great option for days when it is not 0 degrees out. Ok, and lastly.. it’s a soft brushed material. Makes it very moveable and wearable. Not tight or stiff. It really feels like more of a heavy sweater on you or something. Oops, one more thing–it’s also a decent one to pack if you need to. It folds up flat pretty easily without too much bulk. I took this one with me in my suitcase on our trip to Europe last year and wore my heavier coat.
I have the grey you see above and I also just got a true camel colored one. I don’t see the camel option online right now–just the grey and brown–so check your store if you are looking for that one. [sz 4]
I wouldn’t have ordered this dress online but I saw it in the store and decided to give it a try. It’s a thick knit dress and I like how plain and simple it is with clean lines. I think it will come in really handy with knee length boots and a longer coat. FYI–it was really long on me so I will be hemming it. [sz small]
I have this same sweater in so many colors at this point. How I did not have a black is baffling, really. I picked one up because they come in so handy and I was also wanting it to pair with this midi satin black skirt I got a couple weeks ago. FYI, I buy this sweater in anything from a xs to m depending on the fit I feel like having. [sz s]
Looks like this one is sold out online right now so check your store if you like it but there’s other cute band tee options on the same link too! I couldn’t resist this one. I got it in an xl for a very oversized look to wear with leggings around the house and stuff. I also cut some holes in it to give it some distressing.
The BEST basic t-shirts I have ever found. And they are under $5! I stock up on black, white and grey often. I like how the neck is a loose fitting crew and the sleeves are short but very relaxed and don’t have a dropped shoulder or rolled hem finish. I also like that there is no pocket. I like to get these big so I can wash and dry them. They will shrink. [sz m]
Same exact tee in black! I got one of each in this round. I tend to rebuy these a lot since they are so affordable. I also distress them myself sometimes.
&& lastly, I snagged these flats. Snakeskin is so big right now and I knew these would be easy to wear during the week. I really like the pointy toe and v in the front. The quality is not great, but they were $18 so it’s perfect for a trendy piece I might not be interested in for THAT long. [sz 38 and I am a 7.5US]
&& if you want details about the outfit I am wearing in the photo above then the items are linked here. The grey sweatshirt is not the exact one I have. Mine was a random impulse purchase from TJ Maxx a couple months ago. xx
