Ethan was out of town this past weekend so I spent some time Sunday afternoon browsing all the 4th of July sales that are going on right now!

On Thursday Ethan headed to Denver for a bachelor party and I used the beginning of the weekend to be super productive. I cleaned the house and even went as far as to reorganize and clean out all out kitchen and bathroom drawers. (Is it weird that I had been looking forward to doing that?) Friday night I went over to my sisters for a glass of rosé, Saturday I hit a hard workout and then rushed to a meeting with our floral designer for the wedding (which was super exciting)! I spent the rest of the day shopping with my mom and sister and then grilled out at my parents house. Sunday was a day of pure laziness. #guilty
Oh and a few side note, random facts from the weekend… (1) I am obsessed with cherries right now, have probably eaten a whole pound by myself in the past few days, (2) Thank you to the reader who recommended the BLANK collar for Remi because I think it did help calm him during the fireworks Saturday night, (3) Warby Parker remains my favorite place to get glasses, my mom and sister both got a pair there while we were shopping and (4) I rewatched season 5 of The Hills and it brought me so much joy, I highly suggest it!
Since I didn’t do any 4th of July celebrating this past weekend I am SO excited for Wednesday. Ethan and I plan to head down to the lake house as soon as he gets off on Tuesday! Hope you all have fun plans too!
