Thinking/dreaming of making some new purchases for summer and this is my current wish list!
BLACK MIDI DRESS
I bought this dress last year in white after tons and tons of searching for the most perfect midi dress. It was exactly what I wanted. A modest fit, classic cut, material that can be dressed up or down and has a side slit so it’s easy to walk in. So, I think it is time to add the exact same one to my closet in black. FYI, this runs big. Mine is a size 2 and fits more like a 4+ I think.
These are a splurge item but one that I think I would really love to try because I think I would wear them tons! I wanted them last year but they only came in a navy blue as the dark color option. However, this year they have added them in the black!
I have a pair that is either the exact same or very similar to these that I got a year or two ago from H&M in grey. I wear them tons around the house and out and about in the summer as a super casual option so I would like to have the black as well. They are great to wear over a bathing suit, etc.
I’d like to get a super plain, classic tote bag for the lake this year. When I was searching around I remembered the famous LL Bean tote bags. I didn’t think they made a black option.. but turns out they do! So, I think I will try one of these. Just need to decide if I want the L or XL and if I want to add any monogramming at all.
I know this seems like a really strange add. But it’s one that I am actually really excited about. I have this idea that I would like to keep a couple bottles of bubbly in the small fridge that is in the locker right in front of our boat slip this year so we can have a glass before we start or end the day on the water. So, I ordered this to store the stemware we keep in the locker in.
Flutes for the idea above! I have not seen these glasses in person, but I am hoping for a fairly thin rim. Fingers crossed because I have already ordered a set to try out.
This brand is one that has been around since the 80s and is having a major come back. The fabric is gathered and it comes one size fits all. Sounds crazy, I know. But I have heard some rave reviews so I’d like to try one and it would be so nice to have a easy, no fuss black one-piece to add into the mix.
TAN LEATHER HERMÈS SLIDE SANDALS
I’ve wanted some of these slides for years. Apparently they wear really well and are so comfortable. I wish I had tried them on in stores at some point to know if I would like them or not. If I did order a pair to try, I think I would do the tan. The black option has white stitching and I don’t like how much it stands out.
I have two different white button ups from H&M and I wear them time and time and time again. I would love to add this Anine Bing one to my closet as a much nicer option.
This shirt is on sale and I think I have to have it. It’s so hard to find button ups with a stripe that is not blue or pink or yellow. This one seems like the perfect neutral!
Are you seeing a button up/blouse trend here? I know, but they are just so versatile. I love that they can be worn over a bathing suit, as a oversized blouse or tucked in. This grey and white option is PERFECTION.
This seems like a good sale find! I have one currently and while I love the look of it, I hate the quality. This one seems nicer and I would like to replace mine with it.
