This is what I wore to some of our dear friends wedding last Saturday! It is the answer to the big question.. what to wear to a fall wedding.
My closet was lacking in items to wear to cooler weather weddings so I figured this would be a good reason to shop for a new dress. I was on the hunt for a new black dress that I would wear time and time again. When I saw this black wrap maxi number I loved it! So versatile and I love the fabric. The best part? This one lays really well at the top because the inside wrap has a button closure on one side by your rib cage. It keeps the dress from gaping or moving around at the top. [wearing xs]
I also added these new metallic heels and fun earrings to dress it up a bit. The shoes were so AMAZE. The block heel made them so comfortable. I was able to wear them all night with no trouble at all–and I hardly sat down! They run big so if you are on the fence, size down. These earrings are perf. I’ve loved them with a grey tshirt and black denim skirt as well as with this event dress. They are really lightweight.
The wedding was GORGE and we had such a great night celebrating Drew + Awbrey. Makes me all that much more excited for ours!
